I just wanted to let you know that you have a fantastic agent working with you. Her name is Jackie Harman. I have worked with Jackie before, but this time she was even more outstanding. The last time she helped me to buy the perfect condo for my son and his wife while they were going to school in Georgia. I was in town then. She found the condo and made it so easy to purchase. She knew everything. Nothing hidden with all of the t's crossed and all i's dotted with no surprises during closing or any other time. This time we had Jackie sell that same condo, but this time we were not in town at all. She handled everything with the same skill as before, but this time we were working online, email, texting and calling. She found a buyer almost instantly which saved us from advertising and hunting for prospective buyers. She knew every question to ask and was available to help us at all hours. We are two hours different from Georgia and yet she was always willing to talk after our work day was done. As usual, she thought of absolutely everything. From inspections and appraisals and actually going to the condo for every needed visit to knowing how to handle the workers. Everyone was moved out so she went herself to every visit. Sandra managed my rental house for me in Ball Ground, GA. I had had a bad experience and she saved my sanity by finding, vetting, and managing the tenants. She gave me honest insights into the process, telling me her gut feelings about our applicants as she knew I wanted long-term people. Trust me, this was not a money maker for her, but she works hard and believes in forming relationships over making the quick buck. The years we worked together were great. But that is not the real reason I am giving her such a strong recommendation. A neighbor had been trying to buy my home for years and suddenly came into the cash to buy it outright. I mentioned that my agreement with Sandra stipulated that she would be my agent and he hesitated. He did not need to. Sandra offered me her services to look over the contracts and make sure I was protected for a low flat fee that was no where near what she could have made if she held to the letter of the law. And months later when I realized I had the wrong document to give my tax guy, she got it to me in less than 24 hours as if I was still her current client. Sandra loves her job and what she does. She loves seeing people finding a home and she treats you the same if you have a small house with little potential for her to earn with or a million dollar development. She knows the real estate network on a first name basis and has a great relationship with everyone because she is honest and respectful. I had a fantastic experience with her and if I choose to get another home up in the mountains she is who I will call.
